The first child the Yingming Education Charity Development Center visited in Kagong Township, Jiangda County, was Muya Songmu. According to Party Secretary Dongmei, this child's father is a man of great character.

Years ago, when the township needed to build a primary school on his family’s land, he didn’t resist or demand high compensation like a "nail house owner." Instead, he quietly and willingly gave up his land for the school. As a result, the family now has no house of their own and lives in the school’s gatekeeper room.

Family Economic Status:
The family’s main income comes from the father working as a security guard at the school and the mother as the school cook. Although both parents are employed, the family is large. They have no pastureland, no livestock, and the land they live on is barren. There is also no source of income from cordyceps collection, which is common in other Tibetan areas.
Four children sleep in one room. There are two bunk beds
Their main expenses are daily living costs and the education of their four children. Thankfully, all family members are in good health, and there are no elderly relatives requiring care.
- The eldest daughter, 16-year-old Sangding Zhuoma, is in her first year at Changdu No. 4 High School. Thanks to national policy, she receives some educational subsidies, but the family still needs to send her ¥200 (~$30 USD) per week to cover her basic living expenses.
- Muya Songmu, currently in the 7th grade at Jiangda County No. 2 Middle School, ranks 12th in her class. She is known for her bright smile and cheerful personality.
- She has two younger brothers, aged 9 and 6, both studying at Kagong Township Primary School No. 2.
Thanks to the support of the Yingming Education Charity Development Center, Sangding Zhuoma, Muya Songmu, and her two younger brothers have all been matched with individual donors who now provide them with 1-on-1 assistance.
