Shipping Timeline

Warehouse Processing:
Your order will be prepared, inspected, and shipped within 2-5 business days.
During this stage, the packaging and core items undergo strict quality checks to ensure you receive the best products and service. The inspection process includes multi-angle photos or videos of the items.
After shipping, you will receive an email with tracking information, and the inspection photos/videos will be attached to the email.
Note: Handmade/customized products will ship based on actual production timelines.
Standard Shipping Time:
5-10 business days. Orders to South America and the Russian Federation may exceed 1 month due to logistics and customs delays (excluding customs holdups, weekends, holidays, and force majeure events).
End‑to‑end tracking is provided for every parcel.

Exceptions: Items priced below 18 shipping fee.
Customs & Duties: Orders valued above the U.S. de‑minimis threshold (currently US$800) may incur federal duties or state use tax. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient. If the buyer refuses to pay and the parcel is returned or abandoned, outbound and return shipping plus a 15 % restocking fee will be deducted from any refund.
How to Track Your Order?
Once shipped, we will email you tracking information. We monitor shipments throughout the journey to ensure safety.
Note: Tracking updates may take 1-2 business days to appear. Please allow some patience.
What If My Package Is Missing?
If your package is not received within 30 days of shipment, or if it is lost/damaged in transit, contact our customer service immediately at resolve@krishimaya.com.
We will:
- Initiate a claim process and provide a form for you to complete.
- Offer either:
● Free reshipment (if items are in stock).
● Full refund for your purchase.
Signature Requirement:
Mandatory for orders over **$500**.
Prohibited Items/Regions:
● Human Bone cannot be shipped internationally.
● Certain items are restricted in Louisiana, Georgia, and Tennessee.
