Return Window | Request an RMA within 14 days of the parcel being marked "Delivered". |
Eligible Items | Energy jewelry, black pottery, yak‑leather bags, incense & aromatics. Excludes: earrings (hygiene), personalized or engraved items, clearance sales, gift cards. |
How to Apply | Email support@krishimaya.com with order number and photos → receive RMA code → ship back within 5 days and send tracking info. |
Return Shipping Cost | • Defect / wrong item / transit damage: we issue a pre‑paid UPS Ground label (US only).• Buyer’s remorse: customer pays return postage with full insurance. |
Item Condition | Unworn, tags intact; pottery unchipped; original packaging & free gifts included. |
Inspection & Refund | Refund to original payment method within 5 business days after inspection. Original outbound shipping is non‑refundable. |
Refurbishment Fee | 10 % of item value on non‑defect returns, covering re‑inspection and refurbishing (waived for first‑time customers). |
